When Galvanic needed a dynamic informational video to promote The 4 Steps To Mindfulness app (powered by the Pip), they turned to Animo for help.

Galvanic have developed this self-help app in conjunction with Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz. A world leading expert in self-directed neuroplasticity, Dr. Schwartz has used his experience to help users learn the science of retraining your brain. It is a complete training programme which helps you learn how to practice mindfulness, and can be used by anyone who wants to change bad habits, end unhealthy thinking, and improve their life.

In addition to the app, Galvanic have developed the Pip to improve effectiveness of the product. This is a small handheld device which monitors the user’s stress levels as a companion to the app. This allows them to identify triggers and take more control of their stress, leading towards increased mindfulness.
